overheatting....HELP!!

any advice or input would be very helpful! so lets start car is a 03 sedan w/ 123k at.

so my car has been having the ac/radio problem with my center console, and the other day when it was super hot my ac was on full blast at 60 and i was stuck in traffic. it started overheatting, pulled over blah blah blah, got home safely. checked the radiator for fluids, reservoir tank and everything still perfect.

so i noticed when the car is sitting/idling or going real slow it will overheat. openroad on the freeway or so it will not. i thought it was because of the ac problem that caused the overheat which made my car work harder but today it glitched back to normal and i can control the ac and it has been off but still overheated while i was in traffic. (i purchased the jdm double din when it first glitched by the way and should be coming soon.)

so i searched the other day for a reason for the overheat but cant seem to find it. so after driving home today, w/ it overheating, i checked the fluids again, all fine, the hoses seem to be okay, rad. fan closest to motor is running fine, the other fan turns on 5 mins. into start of car, so i thought it would be the t-stat or the rad. cap. i just changed both of them and still would overheat when idle. i have no other ideas other then waterpump (was changed around 80k ish) or the actual radiator itself.

any input would be greatly appreciated.

if you knew about all that, then you tried touching the hoses to see if coolant is going threw right?

if not, your headgasket might be blown from all the overheating, which might be what is causing it. VQ motors are not motors you would want to overheat. check by draining out the oil, if it has a creamy milkway look too it then you got coolant mixed into with your oil. or smell your exhaust to see if it has a sweet smell too it.

I have a 03 and it overheated only when it was very hot 85 plus and moving
very slow in traffic, spoke to the guy at Infiniti and he said it happens with high milage 03's, the rad simply had to be cleaned which they did and its been 2 summers and no problems.
