I'm assuming that the rear offsets are in the mid 20s. You are correct that those won't fit without a fender pull given those tire sizes.

If you are looking for a mildly agressive setup I'd get a set of coilovers (or if you are set on springs get ones made for the Z they will lower you 1" more than the G ones will), lower it 2.5", run 245/35 up front and 255/35 out back. Add a 5mm spacer up front (and maybe a 5mm out back depending on how high in the 20s the wheels are) and roll your rear fenders very flat. Dial you camber in to about 2.75 degrees (get a rear camber kit if you don't have one already) and you'll be set.

Well, to give us a good guess on the offset, what were the wheels on before you bought them?
