Need A Little help, a/c blow hot air and radio works fine.

So....
my a/c blows hot air not matter what setting I put it on. It was working when I got the car back in feb but really havent used it till now, radio works fine too no pproblems at all. After doing a search I checked the lines and I have no leaks (intake) and the only (other problems) that I have in the car is that the engine bay fan (nearest to the ac line) dosen't turn on at all and I have the ABS, SLIP, and VDC light on. Brackes are fine, pads are fine, and fliud is fine, rotors are old though. Took it to tire plus and after them having it for 2 hours, they couldn't find the problem either. Nearest dearer is not close at all, any ideas

Thanks

Blend door issue?

turn the a/c on and wait a few mins and then feel the lines under the hood...high side should be hot and low side should feel ice cold. If not, you have an ac prob.

if it is cold, then you have a blend door issue. Can you adjust the heat at all?
