yes it will the slot in the front is for a oil cooler for the transfer case or trans itself cant remember but the bumpers fit the exact same

Directly behind the slot....is the lower radiator support. There really is no reason that I can see for the slot...yet infinti still puts it there.

^that's what I was thinking, but I've never looked at an AWD model close enough to tell.

Maybe at highway speeds the way the air flows through there some how provides the extra cooling the X needs.
