I need to replace the rear headrest on my 03 G. I found some that were for a 03 04 05 Infiniti Q45. Can I fit these on my G? Are there any other Nissan models that carry the same rear headrest as the 03-06 Infiniti's?

I think it should. I've thought about getting some Mercedes or other headrests for my car and getting them wrapped in the same interior color. All that matters are the two legs or whatever they're called that go into the holes. As long as those diameters are the same, you should have no problem.
