Ouch!! Where is my front end?
And the winner is . . .
For those scoring at home, I ended up going with the Nismo Aero Front (real oem
reconditioned) and an aftermarket "gialla" style grill
Parts just ordered last night so I'm still a couple weeks from being back on the road.
Will post the pics when its finished.
A special thanks to 19kdrill for helping me locate the Nismo Aero front!! Couldn't have done it without you buddy!!

I guess your vote doesn't count for a lot since he's already purchased an authentic Nismo.
Congrats Jeff on finding the real deal. Now you won't have to deal with Strafe anymore. Good riddance I say.

Mhmm not really eerything was sorted out... just needed to u.derstand what work needs to go into aftermarket fronts compared to let's say authentic parts. All in all glad he found what he was looking for

Ah...Ashley got me the link. So much reading lol. I'll have to put it aside for when I get bored at work. Read parts of it so I don't think I got the full story but it seems as though OP was asking if that's what to expect from a FG bumper. In that case, it's not that it's expected, but it does happen. No FG bumper is perfect and it does take some work. Although Rookie did a great job with the KuRookie. Maybe they weren't made in as huge of a batch or maybe somethin else, dunno. Not takin sides on the situation since I didn't even read it fully. But the OP's body shop not knowing how to install the bumper because no drill holes were there? Eh, a proper shop should be able to figure it out.
