hey...

i have a 06 sedan auto and been having this weird shaking going on

45mph - 50mph at 2000rpm the car will start to shake if i let off the gas pedal it stops or if i give it more gas it stops also

also around 65mph - 70mph at 3000rpm it does the same thing

if i slowly give it gas it keeps shaking

and if i press on the gas pedal fast then it stops

also if i just take my foot off the gas pedal it stops

anyone out there having the same problem?

or does anyone know what it might be?

 

Sounds like the 40mph shudder problem. I have it too and the shaking mostly occurrs while driving up hills. Infiniti TSB'd it awhile back and the dealership should replace your transmission valve body as a result.

I don't think it's ever happened to me driving above 60mph.

only ever happens to me at about 30-40mph at most and always when going up hill, the car wants to be in 4th which is to low and shudders, either more gas or manumatic and put it in 3rd is what i do

 

Sounds like the shudder problem mentioned. Long shot could be tires/ rims.
