shifting feels different after spacer install

i have an AT... i installed a 5/17 plenum spacer a few weeks ago and i feel like my G hasnt been upshifting until it almost redlines... is there anything i could have done to cause this? i also installed a stillen CAI and Z-tube a couple weeks before i did the plenum.

I think that is a feature of the 5/17" spacer. The 5/16" doesnt do that.
