NO AC and out of town! need help

My AC was working fine thsi morning, got back in the car and the compressor won't fire up. I checked all the fuses I know of, kickpanel andbehind the battery. I'm 500 miles from home and have to drive 100 before work in the morning.

Blower works
Stereo works
all controls seem to work fine
no cold air at all

Do you have an aftermarket intake? Check the aluminum AC tube on the driver's side of the engine for wear. Pop chargers will rub a hole in that tube if the tube's not protected with something. That would let the refrigerant out while the rest of the system appears to work correctly.

Here's more info: https://g35driver.com/forums/intake-...e-ac-line.html

don't have a gauge on me to measure, i guess that'll be my first step this afternoon. I checked ALL my fuses last night and didnt find anything wrong. Maybe the compressor clutch?

got the level checked today at a shop, refrigerant level is good, but the mechanic couldn't tell me if it was the switch, climate control module, or compressor clutch that was bad, guess I'm taking it to dealership unless anyone else has some ideas

Got plugged in at the dealership, quick diagnosis and had the airbag recall done at the same time. The A/C went out due to a cracked pressure switch which caused a break in the circuit and released some refrigerant to the atmosphere. part was only 68 bucks, but the scan was $108

Was just gonna chime in and suggest checking the pressure switches. Guess I am too late.

not sure what the pressure swith looks like but i had this line go bad on me, for those that experience this issue in the future. The line goes from compressor to condensor.

Got my Core Support in yesterday, and have been searching for any threads about replacement. Anyone have an idea of how long this takes?
