I see many of us have modded our cars to our liking, and many still look very respectable. To purchase the above mentioned headlights, that may not suit your car 100%... that is not right. These projectors do not look like quality projectors, and many are better off running the OEM set and paying someone (or doing it themselves) to mod there OEM headlights to there liking.

I will not spend $600 on a set that does not suit my taste / my car, but I would spend this any day to get what I want. I know its feasibly to source all the parts necessary for less then $600 and do it myself. I also see many that are willing to help do the mod with supplied parts, and accepting $100 - $150 to do the modifications necessary.

$600 for an off the shelf set is fine if they are not cheesy looking and using lower end parts. You could buy the cheap blacked out headlights for less then $200, CCFL kit for $50, or better yet LED's, and actual projectors like the TL etc... and have it all said and done for less then $600, better looking and better parts. Using your own stock headlights to start would net you even a greater deal: if you are okay with some downtime from your car.

The vendor could start at $200 for the blacked out headlights, then add options / labor from that point to make this a respectable upgrade.

$200 for the blacked out headlights (or less)
$200 for TL projectors
$50 for LED ring / CCFL
$100 for labour (I think that is fair)...
$50 to custom paint if wanted...

$600 still, and with the opportunity to chose the LED, CCFL color you want, and option of painted housing.

TL Projectors (Pair is $200.00 CAD) http://xenmod.ca/index.php?main_page...&products_id=7
even less for other types...http://xenmod.ca/index.php?main_page...5964c508d93f20

4DGS, who is doing your mod? I see that you offer painting service, but are you also doing the headlight retrofit yourself?

$500 is a good price for quads.
^+1 It would be great to give us the options....let me get a #2...small fries and small drink.....you know what..F***biggie size dat B***

If you havent done a retro on sedan headlight you really dont know how much time goes in it. Especially since most dont use the same projectors so your brackets have to change. On sedans the adjustability is all in the factory reflector so mouting must be done to it to keep adjustability. Im on my 3rd quad retro and 4 projector retro and ill still have bout 20hrs in it not including paint time. I personally have 600 in parts with my fx35 and s2ks. On aarons i know he had around 900 not including my labor. I wouldnt buy these lights as they look unfinished. It is another option for lights though

for 600 I'd expected more than cheap projectors and no HID. but then again, headlights are one portion of the car I don't believe in going "cheap" in. output is everything.

Apart from the cheap halogen projectors, and the hyped up CCFL (if you like it), you're better off running stock hid.

I like the concept. I for one would buy this. However I current have HID up top and I would not part with it. If this kit lost the halos and inserted projectors up top then I would be down for it. One last request though, I would have to be able to transfer my HIDs from the stock headlamps onto this kit.

Then again maybe I will do this all myself too, and post lots of pics!

hi everyone

Hope you guys had a nice holiday weekend.
Waiting on the response from Internet Brands to send over the contract, so that we can become a vendor.

Anyways, I do apologize for not being on G35drive 24/7. Is been crazy over here due to the long weekend. If I have miss any PM I do apologize, feel free to email me directly at dominicl@k2motor.com

So I see that the price has been mention already, at first I only did it to the PM because I am not sure am I allow to post any price yet just want to follow the rules before I become a vendor, so admin; Im sorry.

Just some information on the lights:
* yes, that is the price for G35driver member only.
* yes, these are limited. we only have 14set at this time
Blue inner halo = 4
Red inner halo = 6
Yellow inner halo = 4

At the end, we are not here to make a buck or two or even hard sell our product. We are here to provide the newest cosmetic upgrade to your ride. We have many new products coming out for the Infiniti family soon, but if the TL or the M projector are the way to go, go for it.

We'll take any pro/con comment and learn or apply to our products/service.

Thanks

Dominic

BTW, how about you offer headlights with no Halos just painted headlights and just projectors with out any rings and LED's just simple looking OEM style.
