Alright. I've had my car for a little over a year and promised myself and my girl that I wouldn't touch it after getting rid of my Integra type r. Well a couple of months ago I couldn't help it. I got tired of looking at the ugly 03-04 bumper with black skirts and just everything just made it look like I was driving my grandpa's car. So did some search and found these nismo front. I ordered it and got it installed. Everything's been good so far. The only problem was the license plate cover. It doesn't come with it. So my body shop just sanded my stock one and it fits perfectly.

DOMO Finally got my bumper today. Damaged! UPS somehow lost the box it was originally was in, which explains the delay and damages. Hopefully they will give me some money for the damages. That bumper on ebay looks better than mines, no joke.

 

Good Link, stockg! Looks like the reman front aero bumpers are more abundant than I thought. Just finding one for the right prices is the trick. Maybe some of these sites will negotiate somewhat.

That sucks, man. Will UPS reimburse for damage? I think you can push the issue and get some relief.

 

I think I might pick this one up. If it's clean enough, I'll have a local plastics company tool up a mold so I can make some replicas. I'm signed up for the Inven bumper, but we're not pulling any more votes, so it looks like it's dead in the water.

What exactly is the under body diffusers in the "Trunk Spoiler Kit (w/ underbody diffusers)"


do us 06 guys already have it?

 

i know g35parts.com has them, it looks like a plastic piece that goes over part of the rear subframe in front of the tires.

 

They came w/ the aero trunk spoiler or you could buy them individually for $65 a piece. They mount underneath the floorboard (right in front of the rear tires) covering the control arms and swaybar ends. Suppose to take off .01 drag coefficient. You'll just have to look up underneath your car to see if they are there. I believe they are discontinued, as well:

why the hell did nissan stop making the nismo verson for 05-06?

I don't get why the States say its discontinued. I have 01' (H13) v35 here in Japan and I got a Nismo Poly Bumper from Nissan Blue Stage right down the road. Granted it is expensive as hell, but the guys says they are still available.....Maybe Nissan Japan is being stingy...
