For a front wheel drive, it's a very nice car. The G35 has a little more power but TL is just there. The front seat are more supportive, nice cornering but too much rattle.

 

I had one as a loaner when my rsx was broken once, way too much understeer, the tsx actually handled better, but it was too slow, they both have better interiors then the G35. honda's v6s are smoother too, but less torquey
