Sorry but I don't quite understand your problems with the car..

You got a ticket when you have a permit? Your dealership damaged your transmission and you're paying for it?

Or did I just miss understand the OP? It sounds like you are need to fight your ticket and fight the dealer and have them replace what they broke. You might as well bend over and just take it.

As far as the ticket situation, write a letter to the Parking Division Director or whatever. Explain to them your situation and beg for amnesty, or simply a reduction of the fines! I mean hell, what do you have to lose? Sometimes people hit really rough times, and everyone these days understands that. Try to find someone who has a deep personal conviction to help people out. Haha, that is exactly why I'd be a horrible cop lol. Personally, that's what I would do.

As far as the tranny issue, I saw someone mention Nissan Unlimited. If you haven't already contacted them, it's 832-467-4400. I've bought parts from them, they have a HUGE selection! Jump on e-Bay, most of their parts are listed with great detail. Good luck man, keep your head up! Wish you the best!

Feels like I'm reading a thread back from 2006, when ppl used to be nice, friendly, and very helpful on here.

^NO lie he has a point....
Can't wait till i get my car back!
Hate the fact that every time i save a couple hundred for the car it just ends up fixing something instead of a new mod "bcm, struts, oxy sensor, TUNE UP, transmission, etc"
If it wasn't for a certain few guys who've been here for a while i might have broke down, sold the car, and left this forum.
THANKS GUYS, any old mods on the cheap? PM me!

good to hear! glad its all working out for you

and I know how it feels. Last semester I had money saved up for mods then boom! new clutch (and of course it was just after 70k) and now I need new tires, so I'm learning so serious patience right now
