question about 0ur 05 turnsignals

Hey guys Ive tried searching but nothing....anyways i got this issue that when i turn my lights on, my left turn signal in my front left headlight doesnt turn on!

(I'm talking about the small amber light in the headlight that stays on when u turn ur headlights on)

What's weird though is that when i turn on my left turn signal when making a turn.... it flashes.

Any suggestions? its really annoying pulling up in a dope ride at night and only my right side amber light is on in my headlights!

Bulb filament is burned out.

It's a dual filament bulb. One filament is for the parking light, and the other one is for the turn signal. So if your turn signal works, but one parking light doesnt, then the bulb has a burned out filament.

Replace the bulbs

YOu have to go in through the wheel well to get to the bulb. The dealer will tell you they have to take off the fender to get to it and that's BS. It's a really easy DIY job.

I think all Marcus did was change to a single filament bulb

I guess you could do that.

I kinda like the amber parking lights though. I frequently ride around at dusk with them on because of that. Even put my amber stock corners back in so they would match.

To each his own inguess.

I did change to a single filament bulb when I first painted my headlights and cleared out the turn signal (before the projectors). Looks way cleaner IMO. Depending on what brand you get you may have to cut off a tab on the single filament bulb for it to work on an 05-06. The bulbs I got fit without modification. I can dig up the link if anyone is interested.

Love the blue dreams hahahhaha !!! But I got a pop charger installed and it looks like I gotta take the bumper off to reach it! But I like the amber look! I'm trying to keep it stock as much as I can, but with a nice mean touch!
