Quote: Humm I wonder if they will still do the recall when I have coupe seats in or should I swap them out for the sedans.

They didn't give me a loaner when I had mine done. I was in and out in 30 mins. I was starting to talk numbers on an m45x but then my car showed up so I left.

They might have given him the loaner because his airbag light is on. Not all those lights are due to the recall. So they could look at this as normal service. Hopefully you don't get a call saying your light is on because the airbag module failed or something.

When my airbag light came on at 25k miles....it was a bad harness and bag.

I'm leaving my car with my mom this weekend when I go home. I don't have enough time to go in and stay (curse being under 21...) so i'll just let her take it, get a loaner and she can go to work.

Maybe dealers are different? They wouldn't give me one.. they were about to, until he went to copy my licence...

yeah and this instance wasn't for the recall. It was for something that required the car overnight (clutch needed replacement), and since I was on my way home from school when it decided to give out(2 hrs away), I asked if I could have a loaner unless they just wanted me to sleep in the waiting room lol.

I had mine in two weeks ago for the recall and a couple other minor things and ended up with a brand new (130 miles on the odo) fully loaded M37. Pretty much every option. Luckily a part they needed for one of the other jobs took a couple days to get in so I had the M for 5 days.

I want a loaner

Next spring I am going to apply for a job at my dealership, maybe if I get a job there, they will start letting me take loaners when I take my car in for service.

Nice! The best I have gotten is a 2010 G37. Still pretty nice though.

Just noticed your SN...

Haha, just kidding.

There are connectors under the driver and passenger seat that need to be worked on. They pretty much are gluing the connectors...lol

It took 1.5 hours so it's not a long wait.
