P1121, VDC off, SES, Car won't start

Please help, I have a 2003 G35 sedan. Got a service engine soon light, took it to autozone who gave a error code P1121. Sometime I get the VDC off and slip lights on and now the car won't start. Anybody who had similar issues? what would be the repair costs or is there something I can do to fix it. Pls help.

taking it to the shop for a full diagnostic, if it confirms throttle body probably clean it up and see how it goes. If it comes back again then will order a reman online and hope it fixes. Any ideas which is better a A1cordova or Hitachi?. Will keep you posted. Thanks for the replies guys.

Finally fixed. Thanks to the throttle body cleaning video and ECU reset directions. Followed directions in the video, (before starting the whole process disconnected battery) took throttle body out, cleaned it, replaced the gasket and fixed everything back. Then did the basic ECU which fixed the SES light, initially. But the light came back the next day. Did the ECU reset again and no issues as of now, 2 days and counting. Thanks everybody.
