Rear Seat Insulation

My son spilled milk in the rear seat and now it smells pretty bad. Removed the rear seat and found the insulation that sits between the seat and the car body soaked. Can you buy a new one pre cut?

try a junk yard first

might be able to get the entire seat for cheap
