what do you think of this exhaust and lights?

ok so before you look i'll tell you that I'm basically just looking to replace my muffler with a stock one, mine is rusting and wont pass german inspection (i'm based in germany with the army) so i just need something to replace the original.
I cant afford an after market one so this is the cheapest i found but i want to make sure it's OEM, it says it is but it's pretty cheap i wasnt sure if i'm missing something and my car is going to end up sounding like a fast and furious honda civic.

p.s my car sounds sick right now lol, wish i could keep the broken exhaust, sounds like a FX45, so throaty, little backfire gurgling when i let off the gas, it's AWESOME but it's broken damn it.

I also need to replace my parking light (the headlight one, not side markers) is this the right product?

Muffler is definitely not oem, it's aftermarket. Never heard of it.

If you want to save some money you can get any universal muffler off ebay, they sell for as cheap as 20 bucks. You just need to have a muffler shop cut off the portion of the pipe connecting to the midpipe and welding a pipe from that to the universal muffler.

the parking lights will work. any 168/194 bulb would fit.

i bought mine from the market place here.
I use the 4SMD LEDs on both my side markers and parking lights.

Incubus, thanks for the heads up on the lights!

everyone else, thanks for letting me know the muffler is crap, i won't buy it.

The cheapest i'm finding for OEM is like $350-$400, almost better just getting something aftermarket.

I'll keep an eye on the classifieds too, maybe someone has one laying around.

Gotta figure something out by Dec 15, that's when my temporary plates expire.

thanks again, this is the best forum, people reply quickly and informatively.

no problem!

also try to find the SMD type LEDs because they're a lot brighter.

As I mentioned, look into a universal muffler. Many companies make them, you just have to get the welding done because it won't have the flanges like the aftermarket mufflers out there. That's what I did with my Sebring Tuning muffler.

Thanks for the tip, i'll look around to see if anyone i know can weld.

there's a hobby shop here we can take our car to and do the work ourselves, i can replace a direct bolt on, that's what i was looking for so i can just do it myself. Unfortunately, i can not weld.

I'll look for the same pipe if i can find someone to weld.

thank you!

Not sure about used parts availability over there, but if you can find one, best bet is to find a used EOM muffler, they should be dirt cheap.

Don't get the muffler! if you can get fast intentions. They would look so much better. Not to loud, not to soft.

^^ Do they even make one for 1st Gen sedan? If so, I gotta think they are $$$. OP said he can't really afford aftermarket or he could go with an HKS, Magnaflow, or Borla axle-back.
