Hey did you guys repaint the whole trunk??
There have been a handful of us that have removed the Mt Fuji, had the holes filled and repainted our trunks. If you are going to go this route I would highly suggest getting a spoiler molded in OR buying a Strafespeed or Hikatta Dori trunk which have lips already shaved and have lips molded into them.

My custom OEM trunk with molded M3 style spoiler, 1 of 4 like this (OCG35 was the first to have this done to his trunk).

Strafespeed Trunk

Hikatta Dori Trunk

That M3 one I like the most...how much did that run you?? Do you have any other views of it?? -also are any of these proven to give performance enhancements??

Nice license plate btw!

^Thanks man!

I'll send you a PM on what it cost me including paint. It was less than an aftermarket trunk + paint.

No proven performance gains, I just did it for looks. I don't think the spoiler is large enough to make a difference in performance.

Here is another view:

mstansbery, I also have black chrome (sometimes called black pearl) Infiniti logo and trunk letters... and hyperblack chrome (look gunmetal) powder coated OEM 17" wheels with Kumho Ecsta ASX 235/55/17

all good starter stuff... It's what I started with
