^There's so many events that go on around that area, if we plan around all of them, there won't be any such thing as "good timing"
They had similar problems with timing the West Coast Sedan GTG, but they worked around them well enough.

^Yeah... but I don't really care about IA.
I'd much rather go to Zdayz (I'm going to that regardless of what happens with this idea)

My point is, if we try and stack it onto another event, everyone is going to have a different opinion of which event it should be held in conjunction with.
I've seen it happen in the past with talks about a big G meet.

I understand what you mean about the vacation time though. It sucks, but that's a game almost every car enthusiast plays.

I am bumping this thread again to gather some interest.

Would ANYONE be interested in just driving to a location and meeting up? A long weekend type of deal without all the extra stuff like raffles and track events and things like that. Of course that is possible, we just need to have someone organize it.

I am just thinking, some place central (Nashville TN is the same distance from Miami as it is from minneapolis, just as a FYI) so that would be perfect. And if the Nissan headquarters is there, maybe we could get something together.

Idk, i'd just like to see this happen and see friends from Florida again.

Whatever you guys decide on, as long as it's reasonable and my schedule permits.
Personally, I like the Robbinsville/Deals Gap NC area better than Nashville.
Lots of awesome roads around there.

My Aunt is on great terms with the hotel in Robbinsville, because she stayed there a lot while getting her house built. If we decide to do it there, I could probably get a group rate at the hotel.
