This is why you meet up with all the other FL people in Jacksonville to do a caravan to NC

And I'll be coming from either Texas or Florida. That's not exactly right across the street either....

I'll probably be coming alone or with my roommate. Depends if anyone else wants to go.

Well, going to West NC / East TN is easy. Right up through ATL. Been that route a million times.

Nashville would necessitate the AL route though.

It has to be in a central location, all you people who want it close by are living in a dream world. If you live in or near NC then gratz.

Yeah. I just looked up the actual location, it's actually a bit east of Nashville. So yeah, that would be through ATL.

From my house though, i10 to i75 doesn't make much sense. You have to travel a hr east with zero progress north.
I end up going through Moultrie and hit 75 at Tifton.

I don't have any problem striking out on long trips by myself. Or do you not remember a few weeks ago when I drove all the way to Port St Lucie and back?
But hopefully, I'll have someone with me to drive part of the way.
A convoy up 75 would be pretty sweet.
