I hope he is just dropping the motor in because it would be pretty scary if hevis asking for a manual on how to put an engine together.

 

Sounds like he either getting a shortblock since he is asking about timing components but that would also happen with a long block since they do not come with timing or oil pans installed

 

Hes getting a long block but he needs to put the timing chain on and other things.. its good to have something to look at to make sure all is right..
