Tail light swap

Will the 2005 G35 sedan tail light , fit a 2003 G35 sedan

If you mean fit, yes they will. It's a nice upgrade to the 03-04 sedans.

Yes they will fit, many 03-04s have swapped to 05-06 tails. And even one 05-06 has swapped to 03-04 tails that I'm aware of. Look in the FAQ thread stickied in this section for questions like this, lots of good info there.
