Rainy Day Fix. Clean TB, Plugs, Clean Plenum, Replace Valve Cover.

Ok. My G is at 146000 and around 90000 I noticed a bit of oil in one plug while I was replacing the plugs. I am going ahead and replacing the plugs again and installing a new valve cover to prevent it from happening again. Last night I started up my car and it sounded like it was running off 5 cylinders. Not good. I am thinking I finally fouled the plug. So while I replace the valve cover I want to clean and maintain anything I can to get my G running like it should. I need help with remembering all the gaskets and other things like locktight and anti seize that I might forget. Any other gaskets I have to replace besides the valve cover gasket? Do I need to replace the plenum gasket? Any others? If anyone has any input I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks!

Hey man I see you in Raleigh. I live in Raleigh too.

I got lucky and told Crossroads Infiniti to change mine out under warranty. It was a $1200 job. They did both valve covers.

If I were you. I would go ahead and install an intake spacer and Z tube, since you have to take all that stuff off anyway.

But look on youtube for DIY videos. They have plenty, and on my350z.com, they have alot of good write ups on the VQ35DE
