Hey guys,

Ive been getting a lot of "lag" on the low end power (accelerating from 0 to 40km/h) for a couple of months.
Took it to the Infiniti/Nissan garage and they did full fuel induction and ecu reset worked for a bit. But still the same low end "lag".
But high end power seems to be normal.

Any one else having the same issue??? Any suggestions???

P.s. I still have warranty on the car up 140k.

Thanks!!!!!!

If it has original plugs then they certainly need to be changed. I would have done it before the Infiniti recommended interval of 105k, especially if I was replacing them myself. Check/replace the air filter. Even though you have most likely been using paper filters, cleaning the maf sensor located behind the air filter would likely be advantageous as well.

I would recommened sticking with the OEM NGK plats or the NGK iridiums if you might be partial to them.

Snake oil is a term for something that someone will sell you to fix or cure a problem or sickness but it actually does very little to nothing at all. It was a popular way for travelling salesmen to make money during the wild west/cowboys & indians time.
