Replacing padded piece above upper glove box

I searched the forum and couldn't find what I was looking for.... possibly because I don't even know what to call it.

In short, the padded area above the upper glove box is coming loose (again). I have glued it a couple of times, but the corners of the padding continue to pull away and I would like to see about replacing the whole unit instead of gluing it back.

Anyone have any ideas?

I actually determined its the upper glove box lid that needs to be replaced... which I find means you have to order the entire upper glove box assembly. $300!!

I used Gorilla Glue on mine and it worked a charm!

I used Gorilla Glue on my previous car when the trim/padding on the airbag started warping away from the airbag. Worked very well, the only tough part was getting clamps on it.
