my engine bat is pretty much fully polished. and i have blue samco coolant hoses and have plans to paint the valve covers blue to match the hoses. i have my strutbar off right now because i need to modify the brackets and right now they are painted black. i want to either polish them or paint them the same blue that the valve covers will be getting painted. what do you guys think will look better? the strut bar is a polished nrg strut bar by the way

 

I decided to have mine polished when I ran the NRG bar. My thought was the hoses and valve covers provided enough contrast. Totally up to you though, that is what makes each of our engine bays unique, we all have difference preferences and tastes.

 

Polish does look nice. I did what i could on my engine. But now i want to play a different game and just powdercoat the front. I think it would just look better that way.

 

Marcus, do you remove your FSB when trying to adjust your front coil dampeners? Mine are a pain to reach...

 

My brackets were modified on my NRG (and ARC) bar to clear the BC adjustment *****. I can adjust the dampening with the STB installed, having small fingers also helps.
