Power steering problem

hey guys so my car has been parked for the winter in my shop so i figured i would do a few things to it. Needless to say almost everything in my engine bar was taking out incudeing the power steering resevoir to paint it all black. So instead of just adding more fluid (i didnt know if there was power steering fluid in there or ATF) i decided to do a flush.

I did it just how im suppose to, i took off the return line and kept adding fluid as someone was turning the whee lock to lock with the other line pluged off. I then put everything back together, added my Moble 1 ATF turn the wheel a few more times lock to lock. Put the car down and tried to go, power steering is not working, only a very little as im moving.

Anyone know whats going on here?

Got to be an air lock somewhere. Keep turning the wheel and adding fluid until bubble stop coming to the top.
