ok so I have one of the craziest problems ever. of course once my warranty was up my radio started having issues. First off if I have the radio on no problems whatsoever. If the cd player is on its a different story, first it started as my left speaker would shut off then turn back on then became if i hit the gas all music would shift to rear speakers hit the brakes it would all come to the front now it is to point where i hit slightest bump both left speakers turn off I hit the side of the radio itll turn back on briefly. Now i did take radio apart few months ago and my radio wires have a 90 degree bend in them from being crushed i fiddled with it and it worked awesome for like 3 days now its to the point i dont listen to cd's and I cant stand the radio. Obv ill need to replace the electrical behind my stereo but just wanted to know if there was cheaper fix or how much I could be lookin at to fix it I know stereo shops try to screw ya once your in there any help would be awesome

 

Replace it all, and go aftermarket.
The OEM radio/changer sucks and will break again.

Best bet is to get the JDM kit. The Metra (the one stereo shops use) doesn't have nice buttons and the finish isn't a prefect match to OEM.

I got the same problem. They sell the metra kit on ebay last i checked and the wiring harness to go with it to adapt it. think it was about $400
