Sqeak coming from rear! Advice needed.
Sqeak coming from rear! Advice needed.
I've had a squeak coming from my rear brakes, does it while driving a bit but when I brake is when you really hear it. So decided to pull out one of my wheels yesterday to check my pads and noticed I have lots of meat left.
Couldn't pull out the drivers side rear due to the damn studs being too tight. On the one wheel that I pulled out, I adjusted the shim because I noticed the metal piece was close to the rotor, I bent them back a bit hoping that would make the squeak go away. Didn't work, but again couldn't pull out the other wheel to do the same.
If its not the shim or adapter, can it be a bad hub bearing or something?
Thanks for any advice!
