OP: good luck getting your issues resolved. I've had issues with Serramonte Infiniti (before they were shut down by corporate) and Peninsula Infiniti, but for the last 3 years I've exclusively been driving down to Beshoff even though I'm up in SF.

 

lol I wonder how much beshoff wants to do my 60k mile service cuz niello wants like over 700 idr the exact price cuz when he said oh well it will only be around sevenhundre i stoped him and said no thanks haha

 

Beshoff did the equivalent of a 3yr/45K service for me for ~$350-$400 + tax I think (I honestly don't remember the exact figure). If I recall correctly, 4yr/60K was less than $650-$700 I think. And they currently have a coupon online (link below) for $75 off any 24mo/30K interval services (30/60/90/120k etc)
