Rear Brake light switch TSB

Rear Brake light switch TSB
Anyone knows the brake if the brake light witch TSB requires access to the rear deck board where the large brake light is in the middle of the rear window.
The reason is I noticed recently that on the rear deck a couple of snap ons are not installed in place and part of the foam is just hanging there. It seems to be making noise during driving. The barke TSB was done a few months ago and I think dealer may have forgot to put them back. I am going to ask them do it as it requires removal of the deck to get access to those to snap screws.

As far as I know, the switch (and the repair) is near the brake pedal.
Not sure what they would need to do at that light.
