Going nuts!!! Please help
Recently i installed some new brake pads and rotors for my 03 sedan. then i noticed that everytime i apply the brakes in low speed (5-15mph) i hear a little sporatic rattle...or tick in the front driver side.
so, i thought it was just a loose dirty connection in the guide bolt/caliper bolts/brake pad to calliper connection...so i took apart the caliper and cleaned everything and applied the greese for contact points...took it for a spin...SAME EXACT THING!!!!
Only happens during slow braking...rotated the wheel while it was on jack stands to make sure it wasnt my bearings...and my bearings checked out okay...please help...i dont know what the hell is going on.

Did you make sure you got the little wear indicator piece from the front pads seated correctly in the metal loop for it? Kinda hard to explain but that's the best I could come up with.
Also, make sure all of your lug nuts are torqued down to ~ 80 lb/ft. A slightly loose wheel can create the sound you are talking about.
