Exclamation license plate LED issue

so i bought some LEDS for my license plate but they are flickering...how come?

I went through a bunch of threads and they were saying something about installing resistors...but dont all LEDs come with the limiting resistors?

If i do, can someone point me to the right directions on how to properly install license plate LEDs?

**extra info: checked DC current: 12v and regular 194 bulb works perfectly fine without any flickering.

I've replaced my license plate bulbs with with two xenon white (4 LEDs) T10/168 SMD bulbs from eBay. They have been on the car for over 1 year without any issues. These are much brighter than the original bulb.

something similiar to these http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2-X-B...Q5fAccessories

Yes, try bulbs from a different source.

I got tired of guessing so rewired the license plate late and tapped into the lighting system in the back of the car. If that doesnt work then its definitely the LED bulbs i purchased.

BTW i tested the bulbs elsewhere (Integra) and they stayed lit with no glitches for more than 30 mins....

just an update: LED lighting is fixed...no glitches...guess it was just faulty wiring setup.
