My dealer just offered me $500 over invoice...
They offered me $500 over invoice on a auto Sedan that has Navigation, Premium, and Sports. But it's not the color I want. What should I do? I haven't returned his call yet.

Yes, hold out for the same price but in the color you want. A car's a car. They pay them same for it regardless of color.
Better yet, take that offer to another dealership and see if they will beat it!

My theory is, if you're gonna pay $34k for the car, get it exactly how you want it... or you'll just be second-guessing yourself and a little bit unhappy later on. Better to wait now and be happier later.
