Switched to Synthetic, feels better?

Maybe it's just mental, but after I had the oil changed from dino oil to synthetic this morning, the car just seems to be driving better... alot smoother, once again.. maybe its all in my head

Fresh oil will do that too, I suspect, but like you, I sensed that the engine was smoother after a syth. diet.
Could be placebo, but I think there's some merit in using synthetics.

It's the cool weather we're hving in So FL, I noticed a difference in my G as well. Very smooth, quick, acceleration, and we're only in the 70's... can't wait to get into the 60's!

you know chinee, you might just be right.. I remember when it would get cool my old Sentra SE with CAI would be a lil nimble.

Unless your previous OIL was royally screwed you shouldn't notice a smoother engine. What's happening is clinically called, "The Placebo Effect."

Chinee,

In Houston it dropped into the 60s recently (early morning).
Cold weather adds about 20 HP to the G! It seems.....
Gotta love winter in the South
