Headlight damaged by rock chips

hey guys most of the posts i found was about headlight restoration when the headlights turn yellow and foggy didnt really come across rock chip damage unless I missed it.

I was wondering if the meguiar's headlight restoration kit can fix some small rock chips of my headlights.

The Meguiar's kit will not do much for anything deeper than a couple of thousandths of an inch. You can remove some of the deeper scratches and pitting if you wetsand correctly but large rock chips will still be there.

A body shop sanded and painted my brother's headlights with clear coat. It has worked fine so far.

Thats what I plan to do once the weather warms up.

Firligic: Most likely the Meguiars wont do anything for rock chips, like the others have pointed out.
