Thumbs up Valve cover salvageable????

I Picked up some valve covers from my buddys shop...however, after some inspection, i noticed that the nipples broke off the covers...the arrows in the picture attached shows what im talking about...

these nipples are join together by a tube located in front of the engine bay...

can i still use these? can the nipples be replaced? can they just be blocked off?

If they can just be sealed up, what methods do you guys suggest?

I believe they are plastic nipples in a rubber grommet with that being said you can find a replacement at any parts store

For those of you who are curious...these parts are not replaceable. I called my infiniti dealerships around and they stated that those nipples cannot be replaced...

So for those looking at taking off that PCV hose for whatever reason, BE CAREFUL THEY ARE EXTREMELY BRITTLE.

How so? I mean what kind of material can you use to seal the tap?

I personally would use aluminum tubing from like a hardware store to make new nipples but what material could you use to reseal the tap without worrying about any leaks? Fiberglass? Epoxy? ...

Almost worth buying a pair of VC to make sure that no leaks will occur during high pressure...any input on any of this?

Do you have pictures of the actual valve covers that are damaged ?

It would help better to actually see the damage to be able to give suggestions on a fix.
