Nice setup, but I would of got a different size tire to help protect the rim from being curb rashed.

Well i dont plan on rashing any curbs i never rashed any of my wheels before on any of my previous cars i guess watch how close you park to curbs...

Thanks guys! i got them from B2autodesign (Adrian, Charles) off of this forum. They were professional and communicated very well. depending on what you want the price will be different. My wheels/tires came mounted, balance, w/ rings and lugs.

i'll post pics when i put them on

It's not about running along the curb. You live in Michigan and I'm sure the roads aren't the greatest being a cold climate and all. I would figure you would want a small rim protector from your tire just in case you hit a pot hole or something. And driving at night being careful isn't going to be any easier. Anyways I was just wondering why some people get tires short like that where the rim lip sticks out a bit.

TRUE DAT! i actually didnt know they were going to be like that. But hopefully they will get to patching the roads soon. im already checkin my routes on how to get around town when i get my wheels on. Other than that, im just gonna drive slow homie, cause you never know homie.

You don't really understand the concepts of poke, stretch, and hellaflush do you??

Not that Op is going in that direction, but there are so many members here that do these things I was surprised at your initial question.
