Steering Wheel Delaminating

This is what has happened to my steering wheel:

Has this happened to anyone else?

My G just turned 6 years old. I wish this was a known TSB!!

yeah it happened to me when i first got the car in 08'. I just lightly applied super glue and let it sit overnight. its been fine since
