stabilizer links

one of my stabilizer link took a crap and i have a feeling the other is following suit. before installing is there anything i should watch out for? i know its just 2 bolts and all but worth asking. if not, i can make a diy if there is a demand for it

The only things I can think of would be to loosen the brackets that hold the sway bar to the body for more flexibility. And also have a 17mm open ended wrench to hold the backside of the link while you remove the nut. If you don't that whole stud/bolt will just spin.
