WTB:g35 sedan..need help in deciding..
Hello,
I've been looking for a g35 sedan for a while..and found 1 I was particularly interested in.However,
I am new to this type of vehicle and found out there is one accident claim on this vehicle for $5000 which worried me a little bit.
Is this a significant amount to worry about?
The dealership has told me that they will try and get more information regarding the accident from the previous owner but cannot promise anything.
I test drove the vehicle and it drives fine, and sounds great.
It is a 2004 and has 130,xxx kms on the car. What other things should I be worried about in buying this car?
Thanks!

^ Not really it depends .. I mean my car was just I'n a accident and insurance wrote me a
Check for almost 4k my front bumper both headlights grill ( they quoted dealership prices)
My car was side
Swipe because a drunk fool lost control and hit my driverside front end the **** is nothing really I just need to replace those parts
At the end
Of the day it all depends how bad the accident was and price on car .. I know my cat value dropped but to me it's the same beast people fix salvage cars and they run and look fine afterwards everyday

Find out where the accident was, and look at that part of the vehicle to see if u can see any hints of a repair. U should take it to a mechanic to see if the engine checks out. Other than that if it drives straight it should be good to go. I honestly dont think 5k damage isnt that much, its basically just a couple replaced parts and paint. Were not talking about Frame or Structural damage here.

If its a good price I'd say go for it! My old car had a couple accidents every time with at least new front end and the total has to be at least 5k in repairs and it ran just fine. I'd stay away if it was frame damage though.
I honestly don't feel like the gas mileage is all that much of a con to stray away from the G based on all the pros it has to offer. It's only a little bit worse than my old Mazda 6S. I'd say the difference at the pump is worth it!
