Time for some new tires :) Need some help making up my mind

I've had BF Goodrich KDW II's for a couple years now and have had no complaints but I am looking for something more performance oriented. I have OEM 2006 Z rims with 235/40 up front and 255/40 in the rear and I am dropped on revised Z suspension. I am not concerned with tire noise or ride comfort just wet and dry traction. Good treadwear would be a bonus but is not crucial. The three I have in mind right now are listed below but any input would be really appreciated

Yokohama ADVAN Neova AD08 ~ $1000
Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 Star Spec ~ $850
Nitto NT-05 ~ $650

Also will be getting BC coils in the next couple months and will be slamming her as low as possible so I was thinking of going back to the stock tire sizes of 225/45 and 245/45 to get a slightly bigger sidewall to help fill the fender gap and to try to avoid having to roll the fenders

I love my Hankooks as well, but when pushed hard they slip a little more than I like. I might be looking for something with a touch more grip. Another tire to consider is the Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta. Phenomenal tire for the price.

However OP, if you slam that b!tch, you won't want to push it hard. For track visits you'd need to raise it back up. Just a thought.

If you want a summer only tire, you might consider Yokohama S Drive or Continental DW.

Star specs,

the k12's dont even compare, they are a step down in traction from what you have now.

Also you cant get good milage and a sticky tire.

one more to consider is the rs3.

I have been using starspecs for the last 2-3 years with a set of re-o1, and azenis in between.

hands down starspecs
