You have a few choices.. you don't always have to replace the motor. I had the same problem when I got my car. It might just be that something is loose and you just have to clean the motor out and reconnect stuff together. You can take out the seat and then take out the motor that is under the seat. It's not too hard.

If you can't do it and would rather spend a few hundred $$ then you can buy a new like.. I forgot what they called it, but you DO NOT have to buy a new seat. The dealer is retarded and just wanted to rip you off. They sell like that part seperate from the seat. Not the motor alone though.

Either that or you can go to a junkyard and get one. Nothing else besides that.

Actually.. there're some people on the forum that are parting out their car right now so you can always check those out to see if they have that part.

Like you said, I took a look under the seat and i found two loose wires hanging, I'm not too sure if they connect to the motor or what? Do you guys have any idea what they connect to? Theres nothing that it can fit to there...

If those look like they plug into each other, then you should at least try it!

heated seats possibly? I really dont know. Connect together what you can.

Does any direction of the seat actually work? up? down? front up/down? back up/down?

The heated seats do actually work. However, none of the direction seats work... None!
