Will cleaning the throttle body (tb) increase my mpg?

Will cleaning my throttle body somewhat increase my MPG?

The reason why I ask is because I am getting 15 mpg city highway mixe

15-18 mpg in the city is pretty normal with our cars so i doubt cleaning the TB is going to make a difference. The reality with the G35 is the engine wasn't made to be fuel efficient. MPG really depends on your individual driving habits too.
