AWD light spot on my gauges
AWD light spot on my gauges
I have an 04 g35 that I got about 3.5 months ago and I was looking very closely at my dash and noticed that AWD was on there. I was wondering if all of our cars had that because it was the same piece in all of the cars or if my car is AWD and I just didn't know it.
They all have that. They made one cluster for all G35's, and just utilize what they needed.
So all Coupes have the AWD spot, and my '06 has the spot for RAS (rear active steer), a feature not available on sedans

A lot of cars were are like that. According to my last GTI's dash, it was a diesel, had Canadian ABS, and was AWD. In reality, it was a VR6 gasser in the US and FWD.
Cost cutters. Almost every car has things like that.
