i lost the white piece for my oem 03 shift ****, the one that goes inside and makes the shift **** change gears, anyone know where to get it cheap?

i ended up buying a used 05 shift ****, huge upgrade

Not sure if I need to start a new thread on this or not...?
I have a 2003 G35 Sedan, Automatic
When I put my car in Park, sometimes it won't go into any other gears, unless I use shift lock.
Could anybody help me please?
