Alright so I have a pioneer avic d3. Everything works fine no problems at when I had it installed.

But now this started to happen yesterday, when I plug my iPhone/iPod it throws a "error-11" code. I'm not able to play my music.
I already tried to find out how to fix this problem and have tried what people have done and nothing works.

Has anyone had this problem before? If so please lmk how can I go about on fixing this.
