6 3/4" Infinity Kappa Component in the Front Doors
I just purchased a 04 Infiniti G-35 Sedan with the Bose stereo in it. I got an amazing deal on a 6 3/4" Kappa component system that I know will fit in the rear doors. What I want to know is does anyone know if they will fit in the front doors with spacers? I should have the car back tomorrow as it has been getting warranty repair all week so I would like to get that Bose out of there as soon as I get it back. Sorry if this has been asked before but I'm new to the Infiniti family and more so this forum!

Blue Dream is right, check the Audio section. And do some research on your own first or you'll get flamed. Those will fit up front, but it's not that simple. Here's a good start https://g35driver.com/forums/audio-v...-stock-hu.html, and here as well, https://g35driver.com/forums/audio-v...urce-list.html.

Yes the 6 3/4 will fit the front doors and if I'm not mistaken they will also fit the rear doors also, and when you take off the door panel you will notice a part of the door this is recessed so you can install the crossover in that location. You can also cut the bose speaker out and use it as a spacer to mount the new speakers, unless your going to resell the bose speakers. You can also reuse the factory bose tweeter and run it to the crossover which will save you some time trying to find out where and how to mount the new tweeter.
