I need to find my factory amp on the car. I have searched google but it tells me it is under all of the carpet under a black plastic piece that I cannot find next to the spare on the left, in its supposed location. Has anybody else run into this problem. Yes I am sure it is the bose system too, old bose headunit and all door speakers.

 

I dont know if they moved it in 05, but check under the rear deck. Thats where mine was.

 

Its located under the rear deck behing the drivers side rear seat. You will have to take out the back seat and side roof trim panels and the deck lid cover to remove it.
